Joe Maye focuses his practice in insurance defense litigation. He handles a wide variety of construction defect cases for residential and commercial projects. Joe also has a background in civil defense litigation for governmental entities. He is a 2012 graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Winthrop University.
Born and raised in the Midlands, Joe returned from Wake Forest with a desire to enrich his hometown community, both professionally and philanthropically. He is a proud South Carolina Rotarian and actively participates in the many community services efforts of Rotary International.
