Gene Rogers is one of the founders of Rogers Townsend & Thomas. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, aeronautics law, and family law. In particular, he has handled complex contract matters, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation. Gene also has extensive experience in condemnation and inverse condemnation, including property acquisitions and defense of inverse condemnation actions; representation in FAA enforcement actions; preparation and drafting of rules, statutes, and regulations for industrial and governmental clients; and preparation and drafting of leases, including tenant and concessionaire leases.
