Kara is an associate on Rogers Townsend’s Business Banking and Professional Practices team. She advises and assists commercial developer clients with projects throughout South Carolina, including zoning and property tax valuation matters, easement instrument, condemnation pleading, and title opinion preparation related to utility services.
She represents lenders in commercial lending and in the sale of commercial REO property, holding entity formation and governing document preparation.
Outside of the office, Kara has developed quite a talent for interior design and floral arranging. She balances those indoor talents by heading outside for the occasional sporting clays tournament with her husband and their two bird dogs.
