Bob Wood concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with particular emphasis in commercial litigation (including representation of creditors in bankruptcy court), real estate litigation, and insurance litigation. He also counsels attorneys on legal ethics and defends legal malpractice suits and grievances. In 2016, Bob was appointed by Governor Nikki Haley to the South Carolina Board of Accountancy, where he serves on the on the Regulation and Legislative Committee and the Inspection Committee.
